Linda Albiston BHSc. Naturopath
Linda is a highly motivated practitioner whose personal attributes are aligned with naturopathic principles. She is passionate about health care and helping people reach their full potential. With a high regard for her clients Linda sees them as equal partners and active participants in their health and well-being, treating every person as an individual, tailoring her approach and proposed treatment strategies according to each client’s own unique circumstances.
Linda is experienced in treating a wide range of general health issues such as stress and fatigue, anxiety and depression, sleep disorders, digestive weakness, and immune issues, and draws from a wide treatment repertoire to offer clients a very balanced, yet comprehensive approach. She has a special interest in digestive, reproductive, and women’s health issues and is passionate about the effectiveness of natural medicine, using herbal medicine, homeopathy, nutritional medicine, vitamin and mineral therapies as well as nutritional and lifestyle education as part of her holistic approach.
Linda is a graduate from the Southern School of Natural Therapies with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and was granted a special achievement award in research.
Prior to her naturopathic training Linda worked primarily in the corporate sector with a successful career spanning over 15 years in both in office management and customer facing roles. She is devoted to meeting her client's needs and dedicated to bringing the best in natural health and wellbeing thinking and treatments in into her clinical practice. Linda frequently attends seminars and conferences to continue her professional education and keeps herself updated in the latest in health and nutrition research and what it can bring to her clients evolving health requirements.
